Bloodgroup (IS)

Using mainly electronic sources of sound, the Icelandic quartet Bloodgroup creates chilly shades of pure synthpop. The vocal melodies are accompanied by intense grooves, loads of digital effects and catchy synth riffs. In 2009, the group won the Icelandic Kraumur Award for the album “Dry Land” and since then they have spent their time playing shows extensively and recording another album.
